So far, all of our cleaners love pets. We will be sure to match you with a pet loving cleaner. If the pet is comfortable with new people, vacuums and mops then great. However, we recommend placing the pet in a closed off area for the duration of the cleaning.
No, sorry we don't manage keys at this time. If you cannot be at the location when we arrive with a key then please provide instructions on how we can access the space. Possible solutions if you can’t be there to unlock the space are hiding a key and giving us instructions or better yet purchasing a combo lock box to place on the door like those used in real estate.

Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning then simply call us within 24 hours of your service and we will send a team back within 48 hours to correct the areas you are dissatisfied with, free-of-charge.
Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to appointments where the time has been lowered from our quoted time or time-capped by the customer since there is no guarantee that we can bring the space up to our standards. Our satisfaction guarantee also does not apply to move in or move out cleanings.
